In Assassins Creed Shadows there are a grand total of 55 trophies or achievements that you can get. Some have a few requirements that you need to get before you can actually get the trophy. The Suture Self Trophy (something we recommend you do not take literally and try at home) is one of those achievements.

The 411 of the Suture Self Trophy In Assassins Creed Shadows
First thing you need to know before attempting this trophy is that you need to have certain buildings in the hideout. This includes the Sashiki and the Tea Room. Also, you need to complete the side quest Feast for Thought, gathering all 16 food dishes to be able to get this achievements.
The main thing you want is to get the consumables/ration in tools and consumables to say 80 percent rather than the 40 percent it starts out. Both Yasuke and Naoe need to have their rations say 80 percent to get this achievement.

How to Complete this Trophy
The first room you need to build in the hideout is the Zashiki first. As long as you have completed the Iron Hand Guild side quests you can create it. To be able to build the Tea Room, you need to finish a number of quests from the People of Yamashiro.
Once those buildings have been made, make sure the Feast for Thought quest is finished. This requires you to talk to 16 food vendors on the map and take a soup quest item.
Then your good to go!
