In Assassins Creed Shadows there is a total of 55 trophies and achievements. About 18 of them are secret trophies so you’ll have to work a little harder on those. Lucky for you, The Sometimes Trophy/Achieve is just a regular old achievement!
Read on to learn how to complete one of the easier trophies in the game. If only all of them were this simple but then again where is the fun in that?
The 411 About this Achievement
Assassins Creed Shadows lets you play as either the shinobi Naoe or Samurai Yasuke. For this particular achivement/trophy you need to play as Naoe otherwise you won’t be able to complete it. This trophy specifically asks you to perform a landing roll.
To perform a landing roll you need to make sure you have the Igan Roll skill from Naoe’s skill tree. Without it, you don’t be able to complete this trophy. The Igan Roll requires Knowledge Rank 2 and to be able to unlock that you have to do orange side activities. By doing these orange side activities you can increase your rank high enough to purchase it!
How to Complete this Trophy
Once you get the Igan roll you can go ahead and attempt to get this trophy. Climb atop a building (and please do not try at home). Once you are on top of the building, you can go ahead and jump.
As soon as you hit the ground press the O button on your controller to perform the roll. By doing this, you can lessen the chance you’ll take damage during jumps. This can work from smaller roofs rather than bigger ones if you’re not feeling particularly brave at that moment. Both work!
