The Ruins of Unte is a location in the Elden Ring Shadow Of The Erdtree DLC. It is also an area that features a large fire Golem, who happens to be blocking access to the Ruins of Unte itself. Thus we will need to dispose of it. Inside the Ruins of Unte is the Giant Golden Arc, which is an incantation.

The Ruins of Unte is a rather late location within the Shadow Of the Erdtree DLC. It can only be accessed by making your way east of the Shadow Keep and into the region of Scadu Altus.
There is also a rather large and powerful fire golem here too, that seems to be blocking access to the ruins. However, first, we need to make a few necessary preparations. This includes finding and collecting the Great Potentate’s Cookbook 2.
Finding The Great Potentate’s Cookbook 2
Now, getting the Great Potentate’s Cookbook 2 is essential as you will need to use it in order to craft a Hefty Furnace Pot. Which will, when thrown, activate the Furnace Golem, which is good. But, it will also trigger a boss fight too. So be prepared for fire engulfed chaos to follow in just a bit.
Now in order to find the Great Potentate’s Cookbook 2 you must head west of the map, towards Run-Down Traveler’s Rest, in Gravesite Plain. With the book then collected, proceed to use it and craft a Hefty Furnace Pot.
Once you have one crafted proceed back to the Ruins of Unte, which is to the east of the Castle Watering Hole and south of the eastern Castle entrance.
Wake Up Golem! Let There Be Fire!
Now if you take a good look at the, currently sleeping, golem you will notice that it has a large wicker on its head. This is where you want to throw one of the Furnace Pots into, essentially burning its head. This will, then, inevitably, wake it up. Be prepared for a fire related boss fight as soon as you do this.
To reach its head simply jump the nearby ruins. Continue climbing up these ruins and structures then throw!
Rewards!
Once the boss has been dealt with the access to the Ruins of Unte will be unlocked. Allowing us to search the area without any other issues. Inside the ruins is a chest containing the Giant Golden Arc incantation. The Furnace Golem boss itself actually drops a Bloodsucking Cracked Tear and Furnace Visage. The former has the ability to enhance attacks at the cost of HP in mixed physick.
