Gothic Remake Crawler Plate Armor – How To Find Wolf And Complete The Minecrawler Armor Quest

The Gothic Remake Crawler Plate Armor is a reward for completing the Minecrawler Armor quest from Wolf. You need to gather the necessary armor parts and find Wolf at his new location to finish this side quest.

Gothic Remake Crawler Plate Armor – How to Start and Complete the Minecrawler Armor Side Quest

The Minecrawler Armor quest starts in Chapter 4 after talking to Wolf. From the New Camp, follow the path to the left, pass the cave, and make a left before the waterfall. Continue towards the Free Mine and you will find Wolf.

Interact with Wolf and exhaust all the dialogue options to start the Minecrawer Armor side quest. He will teach you the Take Plates skill, allowing you to obtain Crawler Plates from Minecrawler Warriors. While you can gather Crawler Plates at any time after learning the skill, you won’t be able to complete the Minecrawler Armor quest and obtain the Crawler Plate Armor until you finish the Banner of Banners main quest in Chapter 4.

Where to Find Minecrawler Warriors and Get Crawler Plates for Wolf

You will need 16 Crawler Plates to complete the quest. Each Minecrawler Warrior drops two, so you need to kill eight of them. Travel to the Free Mine and descend to the bottom level. Enter the room on the left side of the gate and interact with the wheel to open the gate.

First Pack

Go through the gate, follow the tunnel, and make a left. Keep going to reach an open area. Descend using the ladder on the right. Follow the path going deeper into the mine to reach a group of three Minecrawler Warriors.

Second Pack

Use the climbing skill or retrace your steps to the area where you used the ladder. Jump on the other side and drop down to reach a pit with one Minecrawler Warrior. After looting the enemy, climb the rocks with the dripping water and you will find two more enemies in the pit on the other side.

Third Pack

From the pit with the two Minecrawler Warriors, go up, continue on the wooden stairs, and crouch to reach a ledge overlooking an underground lake. There are two enemies in the pool and one more in the tunnel to the right. You now have all 16 Crawler Plates needed to complete the Gothic Remake Minecrawler Armor quest.

Where to Find Wolf and Collect the Gothic Remake Crawler Plate Armor

Return to Wolf at his location on the way to the Free Mine and hand over the Crawler Plates. The Minecrawler Armor quest will update, but Wolf won’t give you the armor right away. Before finding Wolf at his new location, make sure to complete the Banner of Banners main quest. If you have completed the Banner of Banners quest, wait for at least one day before visiting Wolf. If he still doesn’t give you the Gothic Remake Crawler Plate armor, progress into Chapter 5 and return to Wolf. Head to the New Camp and visit Wolf at his house in the cave.

Select the “Any progress on that special armor” dialogue line to complete the Minecrawler Armor quest and obtain the Crawler Plate armor.
