GreedFall 2 Respec – How To Reset Skills, Attributes, And Talents

The GreedFall 2 Respec feature allows you to reset skills, attributes, and talents. It’s a useful mechanic that you can use each time you want to adjust your build.

How GreedFall 2 Respec Works

Whether you want to try a new build or make modifications to the current one, you can use the reset option to free your points. You can then redistribute them and experiment with new abilities and play styles. GreedFall The Dying World lets you respec as many times as you like, provided you have the necessary items.

How to Obtain Memory Stones and Reset Your Skills in GreedFall The Dying World

To reset all skill, attribute, and talent points, open the Skills menu and use the Respecialisation button at the bottom of the screen. You can now reallocate your points and learn new skills.

This process requires an item called the Memory Stone. Unlike the first GreedFall game, where you obtain Memory Stones as drops from bosses, GreedFall 2 simplifies the process by allowing you to buy Memory Stones from merchants.

The Memory Stone has a one-time use. If you want to respec again, you will need another stone. It doesn’t hurt to have more than one in your inventory, so you can reset your build any time you want. Once you’ve consumed a Memory Stone, don’t forget to use the Reset Points Allotment button in the Attributes and Talents menus to reset your entire build.

If the GreedFall 2 Respec option is not available, make sure you are in the right place. Move to a safe location, such as the ship or a campfire, to be able to reset your build.
