Grounded 2 Frostbitten Key is the item that unlocks the Frostbitten Chest. You will find them both in the Ice Cream Cart biome. But you will need to acquire something to defend yourself from the cold, harsh, elements. As a reward you can find Mint Globs

Where to Find the Grounded 2 Frostbitten Key and Chest
The Frostbitten Key and Chest are found in the Ice Cream Cart region. You might find the chest before the key, depending on which entrance you took.
Nevertheless, you must prepare accordingly. The Ice Cream Cart is a frozen game area. Should you not take the necessary precautions, the frost will settle in and you will feel its negative side effects. At first, it impedes your movement and, eventually, you will be frozen in place and lose HP. To prevent this from happening, wear armor with the Chill Reduction perk, unlock the Spice Safety mutation, and have some Warm Up consumables on you. You will also need a Tier 2 Omni-Shovel. Make your way to the Snackbar Front and head southeast to reach the Ice Cream Cart area.
Take the southwest entrance and follow the right path to reach an area with ice cream cones. Drop down after you pass the biscuit, go through the green ice cream area, and make a left after the cone.
A few steps ahead, you will notice a body at the base of a cone with pink ice cream. Be wary of the scorpions. Deal with them and collect the Frostbitten Key next to the body.
How to Find and Open the Frostbitten Chest
Retrace your steps towards the entrance and keep heading up to reach the ice cream pack bridge. Go through the green ice cream area and cross the pipe. Break the ice blocking the gear to reveal a path. Go down the newly opened path and keep going down. You will find a Mega Milk Molar along the way. At the bottom of this cave, you will stumble upon Ice Sickles you can pull. Don’t do this unless you want to fight a scorpion.
Go under the banana peel and you will see a sparkling spot on the ground. Dig to unearth the Frostbitten Chest and unlock it with the key. Inside, you will find two Mint Globs, a crafting material for a unique dual-blade weapon.
