In Pirate Yakuza there are several mini games that you can play when your not busy trying to get your argh on and pirating it up in Hawaii. One of those games involves singing some Karaoke. You know, the popular form of singing entertainment where you get to pretend you have a good singing voice for a song or two.
Unlocking Karaoke in Pirate Yakuza
To be able to have Goro engage in a fun and classic game of karaoke, first you need to actually unlock it!
In Chapter Two: Heart of Darkness, you’ll be able to finally access Karaoke at the Revolve Bar in good ol’ Honolulu. Once you speak to the bartender, Goro will be able to sing his little heart out. Whether he will sound good is up to your own interpretation. Art is subjective after all!
Keep in mind it costs five dollars per song. Guess inflation is leaving karaoke alone for the time being.
How To Get Your Sing On at Karaoke
When you decide to sing karaoke in Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii there are two difficulties to choose from. These are casual and passionate, but the first real step is to choose the song you want to sing.
Once the song starts playing, you need to follow along by pressing the buttons that appear on the screen. The buttons that will appear depend on whether you’re playing on a console or PC. Sometimes you’ll have to hold the button but other times you have to press rapidly. Pay attention because at the end you’ll get a score to see how well you did!
