It enables you to run around Hawaii and take pictures of strange men in even stranger situations. Hence the name Sicko Snap!

Unlocking Sicko Snap in Pirate Yakuza
It’s quite easy to unlock Sicko Snap in Pirate Yakuza. Go to the East Aloha Beach and talk with Kuroki at the trolley stop. After you complete the substory there will be three additional Sicko Snap courses available for you to play! Once you finish these three courses, Kuroki will trust you with a special mission. He’ll want you to try to snap a picture of the Crystal Papillion, a special kind of pervert.
The Crystal Papillion is a part of the group called Papillion Boys. There are White Papillion’s, who are the most common, followed by the Blue Papillion who show up from behind bushes or fences. For Red Papillion, they will be riding something and pass by quite quickly with the Gold Papillon being the rarest kind of sicko
How to Play Sicko Snap
To be able to play Sick Snap you need to take some good pictures of these guys. Make sure they are centered in frame, and it’s zoomed in, so you take the best picture. There’s only a certain number of pictures you can take so don’t go overboard. Once the trolley reaches its final stop or you run out of film, the mini game is over.
