One of the many side quests in (MHWI) Monster Hunter Wilds is Healing Help which can be started in chapter four. For this quest you need to assist your Palico. You’ll want to complete this quest because it’ll help you in the long! It will also unlock the Attract Vigorwasps ability
How to Start Healing Help
This quest is optional as we mentioned but if you capture a Vigorwasp for them then they can work on a new recovery support move. The move will be able to help you with future hunts.
It’s easy to start this quest. Walk into any base camp and talk to your Palico. From there the Palico requests that you catch a Vigorwasp. If you are wondering what the Vigorwasp looks like think of a wasp that is on a healthy dose of steroids. Mix together and then you get the Vigorwasp, a creature most of us would want to avoid in real life.
But looks can be deceiving because this creature will aide in healing!
How to Complete the Side-Quest
To complete this quest, you need to first find the Vigorwasp. it can be found from the Scarlet Forest, Ruins of Wyveria, or Windward Plains. Once you head to one of these locations, look for a Vigorwasp.
You have to use your capture net when you encounter a Vigorwasp. Once caught, go back to the camp and talk to your Palico. The reward for completing this is 10 mega potions… not to mention the attract Vigorwasps support move which will come in handy!
After you finish this quest, you’ll automatically be able to proceed with the next quest given to you by your trusty Palico called Flash Course.
The Attract Vigorwasps ability will randomly allow your palico to set up a healing wasp during combat for you to freely use, when you find yourself low on health.
