Successor of the Bo Ending is one of the four possible Wuchang Fallen Feathers conclusions. This is the early secret ending that can be achieved by selecting specific answers during key interactions. Let’s see what you must do to unlock this ending and the related trophy/achievement!
Wuchang Fallen Feathers – How to Unlock Successor of the Bo Ending and Trophy
To get this ending, you must complete four steps:
- Step 1. Interact with the Red-Clad Lady in Worship’s Rise.
- Step 2. Pick one specific dialogue option when talking to the Red-Clad Lady at the Avian Dwelling shrine in Mt. Zhenwu.
- Step 3. Pick one specific dialogue option when talking to the Storyteller at the Annalum Shrine.
- Step 4. Defeat Bo Magus.
Step 1 – Red-Clad Lady in Worship’s Rise
You will meet this NPC two times in Worship’s Rise, the first main area. Each time, you must go through all the dialogue options.
Reverent Temple
After defeating Bai Kru, follow the story objective. When you reach the wooden structure, look for the Red-Clad Lady on the left near the water.
Doomwillow Beach
Play until you reach the Doomwillow Beach shrine. Turn around and keep going left, passing through the red puddles to reach the ladder. Climb it, go right, and knock down the pillar, creating a bridge that allows you to access the Red-Clad Lady’s location.
Step 2 – Red-Clad Lady in Mt. Zhenwu
From the Refuge Camp shrine in Mt. Zhenwu, go down the hill and make a left to cross the bridge. Make a right and go down using the ladder. Go through the tunnel, make a right, and follow the path to reach the Avian Dwelling shrine. The Lady is next to the shrine. Interact with her and choose the dialogue option “I Agree”. This line will unlock the mandatory dialogue option in the next step.
Step 3 – Refuse the Storyteller
From the Zhenwu Altar shrine in Mt. Zhenwu, go through the destroyed building and make a right to reach the Bamboo Path. Interact with the Storyteller and pick the “Continue forward” and “I press ever onward” dialogue lines. Continue until you meet the Storyteller again in Annalum. Interact with him and choose the “Refuse to help” and “Refuse” options.
Step 4 – Defeat Bo Magus to Unlock The Successor of the Bo Ending
Travel to the Palace Entrance shrine in Worship’s Rise in Ruins. Cross the wooden bridge in the Underground Palace and go down the ladder. Follow the path to reach Bo Magus. Defeat the boss and the game will conclude with the Successor of the Bo ending.
