In Octopath Traveler 0 you will be able to make a monster arena in Wishvale and after its creation, you can show your monster captures proudly inside! But before you can even think of capturing monsters, you need to build the arena first.

How to Complete the Monster Arena Side Quest in Octopath Traveler 0
The Monster Arena quest won’t be available until you’ve pretty much built the town of Wishvale and reached level six for the town. From there travel to Wishvale and speak with Adrian the Promoter once the museum is built. Then you are one step closer to building the monster arena and being able to capture some monsters.
Upon talking to him, he’ll tell you that you need to get a set of materials to be able to complete the monster arena. This requires..
- 30 Quality Metal which can be found in WestTheatropolis.
- 20 Quality Stone which can be found in Flamesgrace Wilds.
- Find a Monster Trap in Flamesgrace.
The Quality Metal and Stone are the easiest part of the items you need to collect, despite needing quite a few of them, they are indeed easy finds and can be found throughout both WestTheatropolis and Flamesgrace Wilds. To be able to get the monster trap, however, you are going to have to take your characters to Flamesgrace.
Obtaining the Monster Trap
Head to Flamesgrace and go to the Inn there. Once you enter the inn, you are going to have to go up to the Ambitious Hunter and entreat the monster trap from him. Save before entering the Inn so you can reload and try the entreat again if it fails.
Now all you have to do is go back to Wishvale and build the monster arena! From there, you can go capture some monsters and display them
