Clair Obscur Expedition 33 has many bosses that are optional or required to fight in order to get further along in the main story. Glissando is one of those bosses that you are required to fight to continue along the main storyline. You will encounter them whilst exploring the area of Sirene

How to Find Glissando in Clair Obscur

Glissando can be found in Sirene which is Northeast of Old Lumiere. Once you enter Sirene, follow the path. After the Sewing Atelier checkpoint, go right until you get back outside. Keep going along the path and then go down a rope. This is where you find the Crumbling Path checkpoint. This is where Glissando will be found.

Quite an easy find as it blocks our path towards story completion. It is also a rather big individual

How to Defeat Glissando In Expedition 33

To counteract this, equip Anti-Charm Picto and obtain Lumina, which the optional boss Tisseur in Sirene drops, to make the fight easier. Another frustrating thing is that Glissando can eat a party member. The only way to get it back is to break it and stun Glissando.

The attacks you’ll want to use are ice and dark which Glissando is weak against. Choose Lune and Sciel for this fight—they’re the most effective options.

Here is a list of moves Glissando can use against your party:

Head Smash is pretty self-explanatory move where the boss smashes it’s own head at the party.
Ballet Summons is a move that sees Glissando summoning ballets to attack the party. Dodge after each jump glare.
Enchant Attack is the attack you want to try your best to avoid because of the amount of issues it can cause for your party. Dodge after the purplish energy pulse fires at you.
Tail Slam is an attack where Glissando swipes at the entire party. Causing damage to all party members. Targets a total of three times.

NOTE: If you get hit by Charm and do not have anything equipped to deal with it, then simply attack its tail

The rewards are the usual XP, Chrome, and 1 Resplendent Chroma Catalyst. Oh, and it also progresses the main story along but overall the rewards could be better.
