The chapter 2 Lies Of P collectibles features yet more difficult to find set of notes, newspapers and normal weapons. In chapter 2 of Lies Of P we explore brand new locations, such as the Elysion Boulevard collectibles.
Collecting all of the various collectibles in Lies Of P will earn you the Legion Arm Collector, Special Weapon Collector, Normal Weapon Collector, Golden Melody and Learning about Emotions trophy achievements.
Keep in mind that some of these collectibles require multiple playthroughs. Including New Game+

HOW TO ACQUIRE: Locate an alleyway with a set of stairs and various street lights. Head past the stairs and open the treasure chest at the dead end.
HIDDEN MOONSTONE

HOW TO ACQUIRE: When you reach the top floor of the building, proceed outside to the rooftops. Here we will find the sign for Bistrot Krat. Follow the ladders down. We can find the moonstone behind the wagon cart.
FROZEN MAN’S LETTER

LOCATION: Elysion Boulevard Entrance
DESCRIPTION: My Louise and Charlotte, my treasure. I can’t hear anything. I think the streets are already dead. Nothing but silence. I assume that I too will become just another petrified corpse soon.
HOW TO ACQUIRE: Locate the white billboard with the phrase ‘A New Era’ written on it. Head to the nearby building rooftop. Drop down and into the building opposite this ‘A New Era’ sign. Explore the various rooms until you come across a sofa with a cover over it.

LIFE AMULET

HOW TO ACQUIRE: This one is on the rooftops being guarded by a rather large fisted enemy. Inside a treasure box.
ELECTRIC COIL STICK
COLLECTIBLE: Electric Coil Stick Head and Handle

LOCATION: House on Elysion Boulevard
HOW TO ACQUIRE: Purchase it from the Wandering Merchant. It will cost you 1,200 Ergo.
VENIGNI’S KRAT LANDMARK II

HOW TO ACQUIRE: From the Wandering Merchant head back outside, proceed and follow the walkway up a small set of steps. Here we will see the sign for HomoMachina. Keep following this rooftop to a set of ladders. Climb up.

HOW TO ACQUIRE: From the Krat Landmark II proceed down the ladders back to the ground level. We can find Toma inside one of the trash bins. We will then need to find the Faded Whistle

HOW TO ACQUIRE: This next one is located down a small alley next to the trash bins with Toma.

HOW TO ACQUIRE: From the insulation converter make a left up the street. Continue on past the wooden boxes. When you reach a wagon to the left you should find a Radiant Ergo Fragment. The Hidden Moonstone is to the left of the stairs, by the green building.

HOW TO ACQUIRE: Next to this green building there should be a small alleyway. Head down it. The moonstone is sitting on some steps

HOW TO ACQUIRE: This butterfly can be located on top of a small bridge overlooking the ground below. On the building rooftops.

HOW TO ACQUIRE: Cross over the bridge over on the building rooftops. Here we can also collect the Dimensional Butterfly.

HOW TO ACQUIRE: From the Police Officer Puppet proceed up the ladders and search for a woman in the windows. There will be a light to signify it is the correct window. We then need to search for the missing baby Elena
