Black Myth Wukong Celestial Medicines are precious items. By using them, Sun Wukong gains permanent upgrades to his primary stats.
Celestial Medicines or Pills fall into three categories:
- Jade Lotus Pills boost health.
- Taiyi Pills boost mana.
- Nonary Pills boost stamina.
The Medicines are scattered all over the world. Normally, each main region has three of these pills.

Chapter 1 – Guanyin Temple in the Forest of Wolves
Defeat Lingxuzi and head to the temple exit. Look to the left to see the Pill on an altar.
Chapter 2 – The Entrance to the Crouching Tiger Temple
After you take down the Tiger Vanguard boss, jump down through the hole that looks like its mouth. You will land close to the altar.
Chapter 3 – Turtle Island in Bitter Lake
First, defeat the Kang-Jin Star boss. Stand in front of the Island shrine and walk to the left. The altar is under a ledge.
Chapter 4 – Estate of the Zhu in Lanxi Village
The Medicine is found in the yard around the Hollows pit.
Chapter 5 – Ashen Pass II in the Woods of Ember
Triumph over the Fast as Wind and Quick as Fire boss and look for the chest in front of the shrine.
Black Myth Wukong Celestial Medicines – Mana
Chapter 1 – Marsh of the White Mist in the Bamboo Grove
After defeating the Whiteclad Noble, go past the cave until you reach the vista. The Pill should be on the left side.
Chapter 2 – Rock Crash Platform on Fright Cliff
Advance to the point in the story where you fight against the Stone Vanguard. Standing on the platform, look for the stone stairs. There should be a Rat Governor guarding the steps. The Celestial Medicine is in a nearby chest.
Chapter 3 – Outside the Wheel in the Pagoda Realm
The next area after the Captain Wise-Voice encounter is where you need to look for the mana Medicine.
Chapter 4 – Cliff of Oblivion in the Webbed Hollow
Defeat Buddha’s Right Hand boss. The bridge that forms from the boss’s dead body is your way into the area. The Medicine is on the left.
Chapter 5 Rakshasa Palace in the Furnace Valley
The Pill is on the stone table next to the shrine.
Black Myth Wukong Celestial Medicines – Stamina
Chapter 1 – Outside the Black Wind Cave
There’s a path on the side of the cliff. If you encounter Rat Archers, you are walking in the right direction. Go past them until you spot the altar.
Chapter 2 – The Valley of Despair in Sandgate Village
Go to the cave area with the First Prince of Flowing Sands boss. In one of the smaller rooms, you will encounter the Swift Bat. Go up the slope into another room with humanoid bats. That’s where the altar is.
Chapter 3 – The New Thunderclap Temple
Use the shrine as a starting point. Go straight and make a left to find the Non-Void boss. Take the first right to the frozen pond. Look for the Medicine there.
Chapter 4 – Court of Illumination in the Temple of Yellow Flowers
This Pill is part of a side quest. The recommendation is to finish the quest before completing the Chapter. Complete the quest to retrieve the talismans from the purple shrines. Use the talismans to spawn the quest boss.
Chapter 5 -The Purge Pit in the Bishui Cave
After the Top Takes Bottom, Bottom Takes Top boss is dead, walk to the next area. Find the altar on the left side.
