Moonlight Town, Path of Misery, St. Frangelico Cathedral, and the Krat Hotel all feature as one of the areas in chapter 4 collectibles of Lies Of P. The rather difficult souls-like title by Neowiz Games and Round8 Studios, based on the hit childhood classic, Pinocchio.
The Chapter 4 section of collectibles feature a bunch of collectibles that can be found in the Moonlight Town, Path of Misery, St. Frangelico Cathedral and the Krat Hotel. These include; notes, normal weapons, gestures, materials and more.
Keep in mind that some of the collectibles within Lies Of P are regarded as being missable as they require multiple playthroughs and even New Game+

Head down the ladders, head left and across the decay water. Go up the ladders on the other side and follow the path across the ceiling beams to another ladder. Head up and drop down a hole to the left to get the item.

HOW TO AQUIRE: When you get high enough that you have to jump through two large wooden gears. Jump through the first and rather than jumping through the second, jump on. Let the gear take you around and jump off at the platform you see. There you’ll find a chest.

HOW TO AQUIRE: For the last chapter 4 collectible you will need to speak to Fenigni to decode the cryptic vessel. It will give you a location. The teleport to Krat City Hall and head to the bridge. Use a ranged Item to hit the hanging puppet. To get a letter with an address. Teleport to inside the house on Elysion Boulevard and head to a door on the balconies outside. There will be a safe inside.
