Black Pikkard, the Deadliest Cuteness is one of the two Ys the Oath in Felghana secret bosses. If you manage to beat it, you will obtain the Tastes Like Chicken missable trophy! The other secret boss is of course, Berhardt.

How to Unlock the Black Pikkard Encounter
If you want to match strength with the Deadliest Cuteness, you need to prove yourself worthy by besting Galbalan on Inferno difficulty. As you watch the end credits, prepare for this challenging fight.
You cannot unlock the achievement and the special illustration on normal mode. You have to go through the entire game on Inferno to fight the Black Pikkard. However, there is a way to make the journey a bit more manageable. If you are determined to kill the Deadliest Cuteness, you should prepare by reaching level 51 by the time you get to Galbalan. If you’ve also played Time Attack mode on Nightmare, defeating the final boss on Inferno shouldn’t be too difficult.
How to Defeat the Black Pikkard and Unlock the Trophy
This is arguably one of the most intense Ys the Oath in Felghana fights. The Deadliest Cuteness has 10000 HP and fast attacks. You’ll have to be on your toes for the entire fight, as the boss doesn’t pause for a second.
The fight has two phases:
- Ads phase.
- Boss phase.
Ads Phase
The Black Pikkard challenge starts with a fight against three ads. You have encountered these enemies before, but they are more powerful this time. They hit hard and have a lot of HP. Your goal during this phase is to defeat the ads without taking too much damage. It’s best to save the Spirit Necklace for the boss phase. Take the ads one by one and dodge their attacks. Once they are down, the Deadliest Cuteness spawns and the proper fight begins.
Boss Phase
The boss comes at you with a flurry of attacks that don’t seem to pause. There aren’t many moments when the boss stands still. You should wait for this opportunity to attack it. You will want to land as many charged Earth Magic attacks as possible during this time. Don’t try physical attacks as they make you vulnerable and don’t inflict that much damage anyway. Earth Magic is also recommended for defense. Use boost when you can to mitigate the damage.
The Black Pikkard mostly relies on two attack types:
- Purple orbs.
- Green orbs.
The boss spawns many purple orbs that explode on impact. You should dodge as many as possible.
The green orbs remain on the ground and explode after a while. Don’t stand too close to them when they explode.
