There is a total of 36 side quests in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth FF7R. These begin as soon as you reach the Grasslands region in chapter 2. Your first one that becomes available to you is the Flowers on the Hill quest.
Many of these side quests are available from either talking to certain NPC characters or interacting with the town bulletin board. The rewards also vary.
