Social Butterfly is a Ys the Oath in Felghana trophy/achievement that requires Adol to talk to all characters in the game at least once. You will meet most of them while completing the main story campaign. However, some are unlocked after completing certain elusive side quests. Let’s see where we can find them all!
Social Butterfly Walkthrough
There are 32 characters we must interact with to unlock this achievement. This includes characters such as; Dogi, Elena Stoddart, Gardner and many more. So don’t ignore your chance to speak to everyone!
Ys the Oath in Felghana Characters in Redmont Town 10/32
There is a total of nineteen (19) characters that you can find and speak with in Redmont Town.
Dogi
Nicknamed the Wall Crusher, Dogi is Adol’s best friend.
Elena Stoddart
Dogi’s friend, Elena, is an important character. She gives Adol the Wing Talisman and is involved in a side quest.
Gardner
The guard of Redmont is responsible for the townspeople, although some of them are able to slip past the gates.
Ricardo
A worker in Tigray Quarry who shares the Mayor’s view on Count McGuire’s policies.
Margo
The innkeeper cooks delicious meals for the miners of Tigray Quarry.
Joel
Margo’s nephew works as a receptionist at the inn and helps with the restaurant.
Adonis
The blacksmith of Redmont Town helps Adol obtain one of the three Raval Gear pieces.
Cynthia
Cynthia runs the shop in Redmont Town. Her wares include all sorts of items, notably Katol Elixirs.
Randolph
A mercenary who hangs out a lot at the inn.
Antonio
A merchant interested in Raval Ore.
Social Butterfly Redmont Town Character 19/32
The last remaining nine (9) characters can be found during side quests and, of course, during the main story campaign.
Aida
Aida has a sad story. You can learn more about her while completing her side quest.
Anya
Dewey’s daughter prefers to play outside and loves spending time with her dad.
Lochus
Dewey’s father knows a lot about mining.
Harold
A merchant who is trying to figure out a solution for the economic crisis in Felghana.
Fiona
Harold’s wife tries her best to remain peaceful despite Count McGuire’s aggressive ruling.
Hugo
The son of Harold and Fiona cares a lot about his pikkards. Complete his request to unlock the Savior of Swine trophy.
Father Jean Pierre
The town’s priest is looking out for everyone in Redmont, especially Elena.
Sister Nell
A nun and Father Jean Pierre’s assistant, Sister Nell is a close friend of Elena and Chester.
Bishop Nikolas
The ruler of the Felghana diocese is serving as a diplomat between the townsfolk and Count McGuire. You will meet him in Redmont after completing Tigray Quarry.
Social Butterfly Tigray Quarry Characters 24/32
Over in Tigray Quarry we can find another five (5) characters to speak with such as Dewey, Chester Stoddart and Mayor Edgar
Dewey
A miner who works at the Quarry. He guides Adol towards obtaining the Ignis Bracelet.
Chester Stoddart
Elena’s brother, Chester, left town to join Count McGuire. You will come across Chester a few times and face him in combat.
Mayor Edgar
The leader of Redmont town, Edgar is a benevolent man who opposes Count McGuire.
Paul
A miner who loves food just a bit too much.
Dularn
A sorcerer who tries to stop Adol from obtaining the Ignis Bracelet. After the encounter in Tigray Quarry, he flees to Genos Island, where you fight him for a second time.
Valestein Castle Characters 29/32
We can find five (5) more characters that we are required to speak with over at the Valestein Castle. Such as Aida’s grandson, Bob. Elizabetha and Alice
Bob
Aida’s grandson was imprisoned by Chester in the Valestein Castle dungeon.
Elizabetha
Count McGuire’s wife is a kind woman and loves entertaining her visitors. You will meet her after returning her son to the castle.
Alice
The daughter of Elizabetha and Count McGuire takes up after her mother.
Andre
The castle’s guard is not taking his job seriously.
Fran
The castle’s maid is a devoted McGuire servant. Fran and Andre start the side quest Finding Christof.
Illburns Ruins Characters 31/32
We can find a few more over at the Illburns Ruins. Characters such as; Lord Count McGuire and Christof
Count McGuire
The lord of Valestein Castle is oppressing Redmont’s residents by demanding taxes.
Christof
The son of Elizabetha and Count McGuire is a naive kid with no clue about what is happening. He is near the Illburns Ruins fast travel point.
Elderm Mountains Characters 32/32
Lastly we can find our final characters over at the Elderm Mountains. This is, of course, Berhardt
Berhardt
A respected fighter who now lives a secluded life in a hut on the mountain.
